I was up quite a bit higher than this after Christmas. I saw 234 I think? Hard to say, the hazy vision and bloatedness blocked my view and memory 😂. Anyway, I’m back on track. Day 5 of good eating and exercise is here! Going into the new year kicking ass!
228.6 lb Lost so far: 62.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
