woohoo. weight loss challenge at work begins 01-17, plan to kick it into high gear then... 8 wks to prove to myself and my team that I have will power.
179.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
