Thought I forgot my breakfast at home yesterday so I ended up going out. Not ideal. Then when I went to my car at lunch to go work out, I found it sitting on the front seat. I swear I looked there for it. Sneaky bugger.
200.4 lb Lost so far: 41.6 lb.    Still to go: 35.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
