So, after I proclaimed in another post that my weight would correct back up to the 190 range, it instead went further down. Maybe the 190 is the aberration... Either way, I guess that bolsters the idea that you shouldn't put too much stock in a single data point.
186.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 16.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
