I have been having a time of struggle. This week I went so far as to stop recording and indulge in fast food, Christmas goodies and feeling physically miserable. I will get back on track soon. I have promise this to myself.
167.2 lb Lost so far: 47.8 lb.    Still to go: 27.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there, @JovialJ! 2020 is almost over, and 2021 is a year with NO mistakes in it (so far!) I LOVE chances to start over. I just need to remember that EVERY DAY can be a new start!

This is the worst time and the best time - Christmas is great but the worst for people dieting. Just being on this site means you’re gonna watch it and get back on track - so don’t worry you’ll be OK cause you’re watching it.😊🎄🎄🎄
