waist measurement: 80.5 cm my belly really looks huge today.

The reason for this weight is possibly the fact that I got up in the middle of the night and stuffed myself because I was feeling hungry...

I skipped exercise again yesterday. I decided not to do bicycle in the morning so I would retain the energy needed to weight train and I ate extra for the training but then I got sleepy and skipped it lol, d'oh!...
129.9 lb Lost so far: 14.3 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
