Today is not my first day of actually doing the WW points system on my own. I started it on September 16, 2013. I weighed 279.2 lbs. then. So, I have lost 5 lbs. in 2 weeks and I'm keeping it off.
Have found it much easier to turn down my cravings for candy when I think of the alternative.....eat it and enjoy the taste for a minute or two, or...decide you would rather be healthier and more attractive with lots more energy.....then, it's a "No-Brainer"!!
I lean on God for His guidance and strength and with Him involved I WILL see the results I want.
264.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Good Luck with your journey. I am also on WW. I started a little over a month ago and wasn't tracking. I find now that tracking makes it easier. When I found this site....my loss became greater as I am tracking it better on here. I can look up foods and keep them in a calorie count that I am comfortable with. If I am going to eat it I log it on here and it has helped me alot. I track every exercise that I do. Walking is one of the best. Just keep it moving forward! Small steps. We didn't gain this weight over night and it won't be gone over night. God is good and will help you with your journey! Have a great one and enjoy every moment!
