I am sooo proud of myself!Today I weighed in another pound lighter than my last time..PROOF that focusing on the efforts, the results will follow! (I say as I sip my lemon water at 8:24 in the morning) :) Reviewing the diet calender I see where I fall short of accomplishing my goals & am able to make the proper adjustments in order to get me to the places I want to be..PROOF that a person must know where they are in order to get to where they wanna go..it's the map! My BEFORE photos are the REAR VIEW MIRROR.. :)
185.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 65.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

HAHAHAHA that's how I felt too! However,in 12 weeks our B4 photo shots will be TREMENDOUSly changed for the better!! I'm kind of excited about it,really.

I am too! I am so tickled to see the scale moving south, even in tenths. I really needed this challenge to keep me focused. I do not always do so well on my own, I "forget" to take care of myself in the process of taking care of everyone else! Have a great day!
