Haven't been following the diet plan. Also, stopped going to the gym. It's seems like I'm going backwards rather than forwards. Need to nuckle down and commit to this diet and exercise plan.
169.4 lb Lost so far: 34.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
