Continued progress despite some rough days of eating out.
148.0 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1160 kcal Fat: 24.27g | Prot: 29.52g | Carb: 179.80g.   Breakfast: 100% Whole Wheat Sliced Fred Meyer Bagel, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray, Tomato. Lunch: Moroccan Pumpkin and Lentils, Snap Peas, Celery, Mini Carrots, Lettuce, Newman's Own Salad Mist - Balsamic, Roasted Cauliflower in Lemon-Tahini Sauce. Dinner: Country Oven 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Radish, Newman's Own Salad Mist Balsamic, Lettuce, Light Beer, Celery. Snacks/Other: whiskey, Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Cookies and Cream Bar - Chocolate, Pear. more...
