Steve, you look amazing....I am so happy for (and proud of) you! As for resizing, it really isn't necessary, but if you go to photobucket, hit the edit button on there, hit resize, pick the 640x480 option, hit apply, then hit save at the bottom, recopy the img code, go to your journal, delete the original img code, and insert the new one, it should work. Whew, sounds like way more work than it is! lol If you already knew this, sorry!  

Oh and those voice, as Is says, tell them STFU!! It is just those self doubts that we all deal with from time to time, and we know that they can't win anymore!
