Not following the plan...got to "study" the Points Plus Program. But my running has increased and I am not taking in any more than I normally would on the old plan. Ran 19 miles yesterday!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
