Oops, didn't realise I hadn't weighed in for two weeks!!
Lots of things have happened lately... had my weigh-in with the doctor last week. Of course this with clothes on and after breakfast (I'm in the habit of going to the bathroom and then weighing myself just before stepping in the shower), so she only recorded a 5lb loss, but hey, I'll take it. She was pleased. I go back again at the end of October to monitor further progress. :)
