Christmas and NYE killed me. I stopped tracking my calories due to time restraints and gained back all I'd lost and more, despite taking small helpings and being hungry. I am sad but I'm just going to start over. Facing reality is the most important thing, and not getting depressed and giving up is second. Please god, let me do it right this time!
