Not Happy.....5 lbs gain over the holidays including Thanksgiving. Going to get right back on track and must remain there until I hit my goal. Somedays are definitely much better then others but I need to be consistant in my choices. I only hope I will stick to it.
274.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

1904 kcal Fat: 62.20g | Prot: 69.85g | Carb: 273.11g.   Breakfast: water, kellers whipped salted butter, pepperidge farm 15 grain bread, Yoplait yogurt raspberry. Lunch: pepsi cola, uncle bens 90 second white rice. Dinner: beef flank steak, pepsi cola, campbells chunky clam chowder. Snacks/Other: fish sticks. more...
