i seem to have backtracked to where i was 2 months ago... january goal is 20 days under 2000 cal and no more than 1 day over 3000... 3 lbs lighter by Feb 1.
181.2 lb Lost so far: 1.8 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
