Down more than a pound. This is very good. I'm on track to get back down to normal BMI. Then on to goal weight. Once again, I feel comfortable in my trousers. That's an important step. I need to keep on watching my weight closely.
The big issue for me was the bloat caused by having to take Gabapentin. That did shoot my weight up quite a lot in a very short time. Now to keep it back where I want it, just about 168. Not oscillating any higher than 173, and I'll be happy. Of course, if I go below 168 to 165 or so that would be good, but I won't hold my breath.
