I've done really well for my first 2 days of Phase I. I always find this phase the most difficult. I'm pretty picky when it comes to food that I like... especially healthy food.
For exercise, here's what I did the first 2 days...

Day 1: 50 mins on Ellyptical, & 20 mins Turbo Jam DVD
Day 2: 45 mins Turbo Jam DVD

I hurt my back yesterday doing the Turbo Jam DVD. I've had a heating pad on my back all night and some today. I'm going to take today off from exercise and let my muscles relax. Although, it's killing me to do so b/c I so want to do at least a 20 mins Turbo Jam DVD. I've already lost 4 lbs, though. So.... I think I'll be okay. I'd like to lose AT THE MOST 9 more lbs. We'll see.
139.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 14.0 lb a week

Congrats on the weightloss but I am sorry to hear about your back! I do Turbo Jam also and LOVE it but there are some moves I am extra careful with so I don't pul something! Feel better soon:)

Take it easy and don't overdo it. You want to be able to enjoy your new shape and size without any pain! Way to go on your workout discipline!
