9st 6 (2 on at WW) Deserved this gain both at home and WW and planned to get back on it Thurs...but I haven't been brilliant so far, tho I hope at least slightly better than I was! Haven't quite managed to shelve that 'poor old me, I need a treat' mindset yet. But here's hoping...
132.0 lb Lost so far: 47.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
