Been on a fasting break/calorie reduction break since the weekend of my birthday. I feel good to push to the end of the year. next year's goal is to focus on muscle building & getting to the 60s 🏋️💃🏽 I am happy with only a 1kg gain on a 10 day break. should be the shake up my body needed 🍾
163.1 lb Lost so far: 52.9 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1863 kcal Fat: 72.71g | Prot: 86.00g | Carb: 221.24g.   Breakfast: Woolworths Bran & Raisin Muffin . Lunch:  Tuna in Water (Canned), Hellmann's Lite Mayonnaise,  Avocados, Pick n Pay Large Brown Tortilla Wraps. Dinner:  Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Cooked Peas and Corn,  Cooked Mushrooms (Fat Added in Cooking),  Sweet Potato , Fry's Golden Crumbed Schnitzels. Snacks/Other:  Hot Chocolate Cocoa (Made with Whole Milk), Lancewood Fat Free Cottage Cheese, VitaSnack Sour Cream & Chives Rice Crackers, Woolworths Biltong. more...
