Down more than a pound. I seem to be flushing out excess fluid. I have quite a bit to go to get back down to the 170s, or for that matter to my goal, but I will get there.
181.4 lb Lost so far: 155.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
