Tough three days at Christmas. Too much red meat and snacks, but yesterday I juiced a lot and had tomato soup for Trader Joes. My goal is to stay under 400-500 calories each day.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
