Even with 3 days of potential trouble this week (parties, eating out) I managed to keep on track. Almost there!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 8.6 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

1427 kcal Fat: 28.23g | Prot: 40.35g | Carb: 207.51g.   Breakfast: fred meyer 100% whole wheat bagel, I can't believe it's not butter spray, tomato. Lunch: Pickle, Okra Pickles, Garlic, Onion, Snap Peas, Spaghetti Squash, Beetroot and Apricot Swirl. Dinner: Vinaigrette, Spinach, Chevre, Brussel Sprouts, Butter, Cornbread, Beer, Mashed Potatoes. Snacks/Other: Swiss Miss diet hot cocoa, Skinny Cow Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Mint, apple, whiskey. more...
