Oh this sucks. I had a terrible week after doing so well for months! I got a head cold and overindulged to make myself feel better. It was also raining too hard to make any attempt at my favorite exercise, hiking. I really didn't feel like doing anything else. Everywhere around me people are bringing in chocolates and sweets for the holidays. I've been working so hard and I allowed myself to believe I'd earned the indulgences and now I regret them. :(
