I’m not surprised I’m here. I know my weaknesses were indulged.. but I’m reminding myself that right now, my goal is to lose, not maintain. Doing really good, yes, I am.. but I need to stick to the plan. Rewards can come.. but for a little while, stick to the plan. I can do this. It means so much. Too much to give up. YES. I can do this.
