I've been doing really good on following the diet plan from Jillian's site. I hadn't weighed myself since Wednesday. I thought that I had gained at least 1.5 lbs since Wednesday. I actually lost 1.1 lbs since Wednesday. I cried when I saw on the Wii Fit that I had actually lost weight since Wednesday. The foods aren't too bad either. I'm feeling good about myself and I have Jillian to thank for that! My 2 week goal on Wii Fit is tomorrow. I still need to lose .16 BMI and .9 lbs. I'm pretty sure that I can hit that tomorrow as long as I stick to the meal plan that's made out for me!
226.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
