Good bye 160's!! 9 more pounds to my first goal and then re-evaluation time. Just got my new punching bag and can't wait to start using it.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb. Still to go: 9.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 0.5 lb a week
