Whoohoo a whole pound! 🤗
Plus just realised it’s the least I’ve weighed all year and since I don’t know when. I’m officially back on track!
137.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
