Finally a drop in weight ... started eating a breakfast of tomatoes, fruits and oatmeal ... not all at the same time! Reading about others has helped me ... thanks to those who do so ... Weird fact ... did not go to the gym at all this week ... but did stay active ... Enjoy your Labor Day time off... eat what you need not what you want. (me talking to myself) Lot's of food activities in town this week end.
339.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.4 lb a week

Woo Hoo!!!! Great job. Jumping on that scale and seeing the weight go down is an awesome feeling. I refuse to increase my weight at each weigh in! That's my mindset right now. If I record it here, I can't increase it! I must maintain or drop below my recorded weight. Keep up the good work. It's a great feeling!
