Down another 1.2 since yesterday! I've had drinks last night and night before but since i planned for them i guess it didn't affect me.. i hope to plan today and keep tracking thru the weekend!
171.8 lb Lost so far: 9.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
