I feel like I'm really struggling just to maintain right now. I'm supposed to go to a water park in November and I'm worried about that for a number of reasons. I'm just feeling disgusted with myself. I want to feel comfortable in my body again. I'm so stressed out waiting for my next Dr. appt. I'm still trying to track foods I'll do good for 3 days then freak out and crash. I'm planning to weigh in again Wednesday and hopefully see a drop.
