That's better. Just leaving off the sweets and "white" carbs, and my bowels working properly brought my weight back in order! Hurrah! I'm back on track!
183.6 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
