Hi all! It's not perfect but I'm back on track. Been wanting cereal at night but making that moment by moment decision and saying no! Went food shopping on Saturday and got some items to cook Egg Roll in a Bowl and Zucchini Lasagna. Low carb meals that I can eat for several days! I hope everyone has a great day!
299.2 lb Lost so far: 52.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Take one day at a time. Remember patience with yourself. Living a healthy lifestyle learning your body and what foods work is trial & error. Thats what I love about the macros reports on the FS APP , I know if I go over on my sodium or sugar, carbs etc I know if I’m in line to loose or gain. Slow & steady Shelly you can do this!! 🎉👍🌈
