been bad with food but have kept up on the exercise! need a way to get over that 2 weeks hump...Can't seem to break 160 and it is so frustrating!!
163.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
