Wow...4.2 lbs in two days. How much extra water was I carrying around. What I have learned though is I'm not so sure this diet is really for me. I will get through today in Attack...that I'm sure. Protein days pretty much suck. I thought it would be easy.....strangely enough my cravings are way down.
If this much came off this quickly then I may go straight to Paleo or do 3PV days to 1 PP day until the weight is off. I will get through today!
