9.0 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

I forgot to measure my waist after waking up so this was made after lunch (not the ideal time) but here it goes anyway: 80.7 cm (sort of)


I took a vacation from recording data. It was kind of "forced" vacation since I'm having problems adjusting my sleep schedule. This also kind of delayed my weight training again, as usual...
129.0 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
