So I haven't lost any weight but I'm not concerned. I'm learning a lot in the process. I realize how too few calories I take in daily, how certain carbs make me feel really tired and irritable, and how I can push myself even when I didn't think I could before. I'm learning to love myself and change into who I want to be from the inside out. I think this is the best way! I have to believe I can do this internally so I don't sabotage my efforts like I normally do. Moving forward!
