Undid the blip but in a very unpleasant way. Something I had for lunch really did NOT agree with me. I'm all cleaned out now as they say so I suppose that's a good way to look at it.

Going to keep hitting my RDI for a while and see how that goes. I haven't been hungry and my energy level seems good. We'll see how it goes swimming today.

LOL! Oh boy do I know how that goes. Having IBS you come to find a lot of things that don't agree with your stomach. Sometimes it can sideline your eating for the day. Make sure you stay hydrated and maybe think about getting some smart water or sobe life water something with no calories and a good does of electrolytes. WTG on below 200 again. Do you think it's for good this time?

I hope it's for good but I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and see how it goes.

That's all you can do, I just didn't know if third time was the charm? Seems to be something I do frequently dip down to a new low number come back up and then it takes me forever to get back to it. Like I saw 206 and then poof it's gone. You're doing good!

I'm going to try not to worry about it, but it might be for good now. My weight came back to 198's very quickly after spiking like that. I think I was getting caught up in the daily numbers while loosing sight of the big picture. Trying to do too much too fast instead of just doing the right thing every day and letting the results come. Got myself into 'diet mode' instead of 'better eating mode'. Cutting calories too much, trying to deal with hunger and lethargy instead of just listening to what my body was telling me and eating more. Back on track now.
