So I went to the beach for a week at the end of July. I planned to 'cheat' a little. I didn't do too bad. I drank and had a few too many carbs but I exercised every days. Well I am having a hard time getting back on plan. Gosh I forget how hard the first two weeks are!

I guess I am going to get back to logging my food again.
167.5 lb Lost so far: 25.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
