well - not too disappointed to have put on a few pounds (four) as have been out of the gym and loafing about drinking wine and eating peanuts for the last six months - lol
But have joined back up again now - I just do a half hour in the gym and ten or twenty lengths in the pool - steam room / sauna etc
I figured if I kept it small doses I wouldn't get sick of it
which seems to be an idea holding fairly well
Plus, I suppose I get a lot of exercise walking around the diner floor during work
