So, last week was spent focusing on my lower macros, I had success for most of the week, but ended up going over Weds, Thurs & Fri. Not much over, but more than I had allotted. My weekly average was good though. I gained one pound, one inch at the waist but lost .2% of body fat. Also didn't get any exercise in after weds.
So, that's ok though. It's not going to change overnight! I didn't put all this on in a week so it's going to take longer for it to get off.
One meal, one workout, one day at a time...we can do this!
