8.4 % body fat (highly inaccurate reading from body composition scanner)

79.8 cm (sort of) waist measure (over navel)

Today I look particularly slim, which is grrreat lol
129.2 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 5.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
