Wow.. surprised I’ve met my 2lb/wk goal! Shit show of a week recovering from a Kidney Stone that felt like the size of Mt. Rushmore.. much better now and my body feels like it’s making the changes. Side belly fat migrating forward and getting more compact and smaller. 5 more lbs until I’m in the under 200 club!!!.....
204.0 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
