I haven't tracked anything since it looks like the 18th of July. So it's been 2 weeks of me not weighing anything or keeping my food diary and I'm glad to say that I've stayed the same weight. Instead of trying to exercise with the videos as I have been I've been walking to work everyday. So it's been like 1.6 miles to get there so a round trip of 3.2 miles and then I'll usually walk to Fresh & Easy during lunch or to the bank. I usually try to walk somewhere during lunch which usually gives me another .5 to at the highest 1.3 miles. I've been using the map my walk app. I think in the past 2 weeks I've done Zumba 2-3 times total and a toning work out once. I did a 45 minute vinyasa workout one day and I think I'll do Zumba this morning just because I'm feeling really heavy and sluggish.

As for eating I've been eating whatever but still trying to think about it. Last night I wanted fried chicken and wine. I went and got the wine and instead of going to the chicken place I had fried chicken from Von, half of a lean cuisine rice meal and some of that green giant steamed broccoli with cheese sauce. Essentially I ended up with what I wanted since at the chicken place I would've got some fried chicken and some red beans and rice. I just decided to add a veggie. That's kind of been what the whole 2 weeks has been. Eating what I wanted but trying to make sure it was still fairly okay and then splurging at the fair and seeing my bf. Last weekend was the crayfish festival and this next weekend is the BBQ festival. I don't think I'm quite ready to start counting again, I think my goal is to make it until when school starts (past his birthday and the rest of the summer festivals) and try and stay the same weight and then once school starts get back to counting since I won't be able to walk to work on Wednesdays since I'll have school at night.

14 6/8 inch left arm
14 3/8 inch right arm
191.0 lb Lost so far: 79.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
