9st 4 (3 off at WW) Really pleased with WW result this week, broken the back of my run of gaining. And glad to have a loss at home too. Of course Jon does well without trying, which is frustrating when my effort is rewarded but then his total lack of effort is also rewarded - kind of takes the wind out of my sails! Still, I'm trying to keep up the good work, and have got back into a more active routine, to give myself some leeway for our holiday next Saturday - so I'll probably do my weigh in on Friday this week :-)

Wow, get you !! 3 lb off is brilliant, well done. Men always lose quicker, my other half is the same, its not fair. Have a good holiday and enjoy all the 'bad foods' you don't normally have (if thats what you want - I would). Where are you going to? Don't tell me, I'll only be jealous !! :-)

Only to Wiltshire, near Chippenham. We'll be visiting Bath again, where many culinary delights await - not least of which is a lemon meringue the size of your head!
