Awesome, I have had a up and down the past 3 weeks but headed back down. Have you done the spit test to test also for candida? If you are positive you need to add some probiotics to have a healthier gastric flora. If you have been on several antibiotics in the past or use to eat a lot of sugar you may be positive. If you don't know what I mean by spit test just write me back. I hope you took a picture and measurements! Congrats. I added the probio 5, even though I did not test positive for candida I am just doing a maintenance dose. Then I also added the x-factor to have a really good multivitamin/mineral/aloe etc source. Off to bed, I work nights. Talk to you soon. 

Thank you for the words of encouragement!!! I don't know anything about the candida test. I didn't take a before photo but I did do the measurements. I have added the bio cleanse and take it 3 times a week. I feel wonderful taking the Plexus slim. How long have you been using Plexus slim?  

I started after memorial day, like May the 27th or so. And so 2 1/2 months. And doing well, there is so much to learn. I am an ambassador so linked with several other pages and the testimonies are incredible. Mainly those that just relax and give their bodies time to work do well. It is a health drink with the side affect of weight loss:) My husband who does not need to lose weight started it 3 days ago, he thinks he may be sleeping better. One lady with many medical problems was only 85 lbs and has not been able to gain weight and up to 105. Crazy! I weigh in Tuesday night, so getting excited, hoping to go down at least 3#'s.
