I've binged for the past week and a half.. fast food addiction kicking in full force. Also on my period so that doesn't help anything. Feeling terrible I let it get so out of hand but holding myself accountable and trying to do better. I really would like to get down to 180 before Christmas and I need to refocus and actually stick to my keto.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
