OH I went off the diet! I am now 5 lbs heavier. I did get up to 197 lbs! Wow!!! but now I am down to 180 lbs. I quit eating out and I am trying to watch what I eat at home. The first step was to stop eating out. 2nd step to begin watching what I eat at home. 3rd step will probably be excersize. I think diets are not a good idea for me. Because it is not something I want to do all the time. So I am just going to start eating healthier. which is a form of diet, I am just not going to read a bunch of books or join a group so they can tell me what I should eat and what I should not eat. I will just look at the pyramid food group and try to get into a routine of eating healthy.
