Slowly, slowly, my weight moves downward.
271.2 lb Lost so far: 65.8 lb.    Still to go: 103.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I have been seeing similar slow declines in weight of late. But I strive always to remember that slow progress..... is Progress. Stand strong and keep up the good fight.
