So lucky that I’m losing this weight without pain - it just seems so easy cause I look forward to my lunch which is always almost all my calories and then I go back on my fast which is easy cause I’m full. 😃🌸❤️👍
205.8 lb Lost so far: 15.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.4 lb a week

Fasting has been very beneficial for me too. For some reason, I find it easier to decrease my intake by 1/3 a few times a week then just to try to eat less every day.
